We provide support for development of independent living skills including shopping, food preparation, managing their finances, budgeting and managing all aspects of daily living.
We provide individual and group mentoring sessions, providing positive advice and guidance.
We provide career advice for young people for access to education, employment, or training. We also provide training and career placements.
We provide person-centred counselling by professional counsellors, when needed.
We provide wellness and wellbeing programs including organising various outings, activities, managing their health appointments.
Supporting them with understanding and accessing opportunities to be able to make positive contributions and learning how to keep themselves safe in the community and their own home. Supporting and tracking the progress of our young people through the transition to adulthood.
